Stay Informed and Get Involved

From grades and athletic schedules to school closures due to inclement weather, information is shared through a variety of communication channels. Please contact the school office if you have questions about school communications.

Updates for Parents/Guardians

We encourage you to stay informed about what's happening at Corvallis High School. News and announcements are sent to parents and guardians via ParentSquare. If you are not receiving regular email updates, please contact the main office. Our district uses Gradebook, an online gradebook. Parents/guardians may log in to check student grades and homework. A username and password is required. Check with the school office if you have questions.

Volunteering at CHS

There are many ways to get involved at CHS, and we greatly appreciate the support of our parents and guardians. Calls for volunteers are sent out periodically via Google Groups, or interested persons may sign up to volunteer on a regular basis via the links below. All volunteers are required to complete a Volunteer Application and Criminal Background Check (link below), and to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination. The background check must be updated every two years. We ask that all volunteers and visitors sign in using our HelpCounter computer located in the main office. This allows us (and you!) to track your volunteer hours, and identifies who is in the building in the event of an emergency. For more information about volunteering at CHS, contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Tracy Lengwin.
