Corvallis School District launched ParentSquare last school year to do everything from sending out alerts by text and phone to sharing email messages with families. This school year, we are expanding our use of ParentSquare to the classroom and on the field!
Coaches will use ParentSquare to communicate about game delays, cancellations, practice schedules, and more. Parents/guardians will automatically be added to this communication system with the contact information provided at registration. We strongly encourage parents/guardians in athletics to activate their accounts in order to customize their notifications to email, text, and/or app notification – whichever is more convenient for you!
How to Activate Your Account
If you are new to our district, you will receive an invitation email shortly after the start of the school year. If you are a returning family, you can visit parentsquare.com/signin to activate your account. Simply enter in the email address you used at registration and your account will be activated. You will be asked to set up a password and verify the contact information we have for you and your student(s).
You can use ParentSquare on any device. You can use it from a computer at www.parentsquare.com or you have the option to download the free mobile app for Android or iOS on your phone. While you do not need to activate your ParentSquare account in order to receive district and school messages, we highly encourage families participating in athletics to activate their accounts and download the app.
