Spartan Weekly Roundup April 8-April 14

Traffic at Buchanan entrance - Update

Thank you for dropping off and picking up your students at the 11th street entrance and diminishing the traffic problems on Buchanan Avenue. Although the situation has improved, there are now drivers who stop in the bike lane on Buchanan to drop off or pick up their students. Stopping a car in a bike lane is unsafe and unlawful. Thank you for helping keep CHS and our community safe.

Safety Drills

In February we had a fire drill on the day it snowed!  Despite the mostly joyful distraction provided by the giant-sized snowflakes, students and staff cleared the building and lined up in their designated spots as expected.  Thanks for helping keep CHS safe!
