Final Beyond CHS Update for Grades 9-11
AP Exam Information and Updates
Regular AP Exams took place May 11-22, and Late/Make-up AP Exams took place June 1-5. If you applied for an AP Exception (extra late) exam by 3pm on June 5, please see the AP Exception Exam Schedule. If you are approved for an exception exam, you will automatically receive an email with an E-ticket 2 days before the Late AP Exception Exam date. Beyond CHS will not be sending Exception Exam reminders!
Students can view their AP Exam scores by logging into their AP Account starting July 15. Access is based on students’ physical location. You should also receive an email from the College Board that your AP Exam scores are ready to be viewed in your account. .
This year alone, students will not be charged for an exam they do not attempt. Not taking an AP test is treated as cancelling a test and refunds will be processed in late June. If you choose not to take an exam and want to start the refund process, please fill out this form asap. (Do not attempt to take an Exception AP Exam, or it will be considered a used exam, and you will not be eligible for a refund.).
SAT and ACT Exams
Some colleges and universities may require either test for entrance as part of their college entrance requirements and/or merit scholarship consideration. Juniors primarily take the tests in the winter and spring; however, some seniors who want to improve their scores may choose to take them in the fall of senior year. Search ACT and SAT for test centers and dates.
